    My first half marathon! YEAH! I survived and now can barely walk. Lots of sore muscles. I was hoping all the training would have prevented these sore muscles - not so!

    First 2 miles kill my calves...miles 3&4 always go much smoother. Gonna have to research that and see what I'm doing wrong. I feel like after 4 weeks of training, I should be doing better.

      I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who it takes 2 miles to warm up lol. You're a lot faster than me, but if I try to run too fast too early my shins KILL too :)

    Looong run today! only took two, 1 min. walks....Didn't time it today, just over an hour I'm thinking. The only thing that matters is I completed it!
