    Ran / walked through the woods and around Beaver Pond Forest with Scott. This area is scheduled to be clear cut starting as early as July 15th. 3200 homes are going to be built. Such a shame.

    Pretty good run today. Was worried about a bit of a shin splint in my left leg, but it held out ok. was a little slow around the 2 - 4km leg, but kicked it out a bit near the end.
