    Went from Redondo Beach Pier down to Torrance beach and back with my mom. It's such a beautiful day. :) I didn't figure out the distance, but it was nice to just be outside. :)

      I bet it was nice. I grew up in Charleston, South Carolina on the east coast. I am sure California is beautiful.

    I felt ok this run, my legs were kind of sore from squats the other day but I pushed through and increased the speed for the most part. :)

      ah man.... that happens. Just be sure to rest it good before trying to run or else that injury will also bother you.

      It's all about the heart rate. You don't need to run to get your heart rate up. Rest. Other workouts will help u stay on track. Hang in there.
