Nice pace! I'm getting so tired of slow and steady for long runs, bikes, swims...blah,blah,blah...I'm not doing IM next year. I'm training for speed again, and doing lots of races! Ridiculous number of races next year!

Destiny, what do you take for allergies? I struggle with mine so much. Sudafed helps a little but dries me out. I have to breathe through my mouth a lot which is hard!

I'm a bit of a naturalist so take ginger and turmeric which are anti-inflammatories so they help prevent alot of the stuffiness. Also, Olba's aromatherapy oil inhalant is amazing!!! It is euculyptus and peppermint oils and it instantly clears the sinuses! They have a website, but they sell it in Rockford at Choices Market on Riverside. Chicago proably has lots of places that sell it, but I haven't shopped there in years so I have no clue!

haha... I am coming back to IL for Thanksgiving and into the first week of December. I'm going to be helping Aunt Irene with her swim technique. Let me know if you want help too! If Kaarina is interested, I would love to help her out too!
