My first non-race double day ever. Might as well be on NRD, yah? Besides I felt guilty for not finishing my run earlier today at lunch, and there was happy hour at work (mmmm... greasy Chinese food), so I felt compelled to go to the gym and crank out some mileage on the tready. Legs still dead, but they're more the zombie dead, so that's fine.
