Run went well. My energy was real low with two miles to go. I stopped and ate some fudge. I was able to finish up my run on a strong note.

Haha my dad always carried a block of fudge whenever we went XC skiing. Sounds like it works for running, too!

Thanks everyone! The fudge was bought in Mackinaw City. We picked it up in MC because it was cheaper then Mackinac Island fudge. I actually wanted chocolate or a cookie, but I didn't have any in the house. So I went with fudge. I knew it would give me a pick-me-up for the last two miles. I ate some Cookies and cream fudge. So good. :)
