A good and slower run today. Legs felt pretty good. I was just lollygagging around. Ran around the east side of town. Not too many cars on the streets. One lady almost hit me because she wasn't paying attention. That is the second time I was almost hit by a car since I started running outside a couple of weeks ago.
Nice run Deloris! It amazes me how little attention drivers pay to runners, walkers or cyclists!

Thanks everyone! I haven't been listening to music lately on my runs. I need my full attention on drivers who aren't paying attention.

One thing you realize about road running (very quickly) is that many cars have no respect for people running on the road. Some people even get amusement out of trying to run runners off the road. Just be careful, stay on guard, and hopefully it won't be a recurring problem. Nice miles outside; woot!!
