30 Day Shred - 2/12/2012

Did Level 2 today of the 30 Day Shred. Worked on getting lower in every lunge and squat. My quads were feeling it and I was sweating more then usual during Level 2.


Nice work, Deloris. Gonna build those legs up for more fun.
