    Did Level 2 today of the 30 Day Shred. Worked on getting lower in every lunge and squat. My quads were feeling it and I was sweating more then usual during Level 2.

      Great job! I guess I'm not the only one who has experienced this phenomena. Makes me CrAzY! I started a hashtag on Twitter called #sidewalkragersanonymous due to this frustration. Btw, still praying for him. :)

      Thanks you guys! @Annie - I have noticed a light change in my thighs and arms. But as for six-pack abs, I don't think I'll ever get those. As for what's next, haven't decided yet. I will probably pick the DVD the day before I start it.

      I'm with you there, Deloris, I don't think I'll have six pack abs and that's ok. I like your strategy. Now that you have that arsenal of dvds you can pick and choose and keep your body guessing.
