Blah is an understatement. I didn't sleep well but I still got up to go. My breathing was off, it was humid, no breeze, my right knee was sore, and I just didn't have the energy. I pushed as hard as I could but cut my route short and came home. Really wanted to get 4 in today. Hope everyone has a good Friday!


anything's better than nothing. You got up and went, and I sure as heck didn't. ;) Way to go!
