    I was a really nice person and let 2 training partners have the good treadmills next to each other at they gym. Good treadmill at 5.5 was much harder than shitty treadmill at 5.5. Odd.

      phones are not allowed at our gym. they have signs posted that it is Chicago law or something. maybe that is just in the locker rooms.

      Since I haven't run since September consistently I'm using C210K get my base back up to 6 miles. And since I hardly exercised all of November and and December due to work/travel and plain out laziness I need to build slowly or I would go out, run 3 then be able to walk for 2 days. First race will most likely be some spring 10K.
