Nothing works better than sweating it all out. Post warm-up Elango mentioned us to complete only 1 loop instead of the mandatory 2; initially elated at the reduced work-out we didn't realize the SINISTER plans of our Trainer :)
Had to slog it for the next 1 hr with longer Strides, lunges, Laterals,Squats and all with ankle weights.
Got to meet a few Chennai runners & Rekha who might be joining for the weekend 21K run. Post running breakfast at Vishranthi

i have never tried ankled weighted runs. go for it and get stronger and faster.
