It was Day 2 of week 2 so its a warm up for five, run 2.5-walk 2.5 -Five times, then cool down for 5 minutes but instead I added two minutes at the end then walked 3 minutes cool down...so I ran 14.5 minutes compared to 8 minutes two weeks ago.
