      Way to go Joey! I wasn't motivated at all to run today, but I'm glad I did. Why is it that the food we eat the night before affects our run the next day???

    I knew it would be a tough workout since I was still tired from yesterday. Didn't run the whole time, but got done what I wanted to do.

    Did 2 rounds of circuit training and followed it with a 1 mile run on the treadmill. It feels good to getting back to the gym. Will be playing basketball later tonight!

    Treadmill run at lunch. Felt good, thought the entire time I should have gotten outside and ran to get ready for the F^3 half. Maybe tomorrow :)
