    Miserable, swampy humidity and a balky, uncooperative horse made for a terrible ride. BUT, it was definitely a good workout, so there is that.

    Went pretty well today. 65lb PR for the Push Press, managed to run 600m without walking and even the jump rope is getting a little better.

    Ramped up the running speed a bit every 10 minutes until the last 5 minutes where I ramped it up again. Felt pretty good except for my sore achilles.
