    Aahh....that's a better pace. Guess the cold and the wind motivated me to move a little faster, although going uphill into the gusting north wind on Pond Bluff was just flat-out cruel.

    Back to running with my buddy Pamela!! Great run - did 5-3 intervals to the playground and back. Started off chilly but warmed up, especially in the sun, and thankfully there was NO wind.
