did a crossfit work out with my friends 18yr old son. Did 1/4 mile warm up jog, then some stretches and some strides. Then we did 6 sets of 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 situps. yikes I have no upper arm strength. then we did 5 sets of full out 25meter sprints with 25m recovery. Followed by lots of stretching. i can really feel my arms tonight. wow.
