    lovely out, I needed a pooch less walk.. listened to Danny Roddy podcast and some vintage Ray Peat. Got my carrot salad with coconut oil and vinegar and salt on. Damn good.

      Too lazy to make carrot salad. I just eat the carrots and drink the coconut oil. Haha

    did an easy pace.. I had a mind f'ing experience with my iPhone that made me realize how dependent I am on it. Bummed me out.

    Fartlek! love that word. I did one minute speed runs every ten minutes, so about 6 total. Felt good and my dog liked it too.

      with daylight savings in force, I am going to split my runs to one am, one pm, about three times a week for max returns. Summer is coming!

    felt great, did loops that had about 4 hills of varying inclines and lengths. Nice day here in So Cal :-) not sure of mileage

      Deb, get a computer on that thing. Cateye has a nice display and can be had pretty cheaply for some of the lower models.

    Oh what a difference the weather makes! nice cool temps, less hills = happy legs. I refueled with 5 dates mid run, made a huge difference. Adding 10% next week, really happy with my runs. :-)

    ouch. at about 1 1/2 hours. It was 81 degrees out, that may account for some of my leg fatigue. But glad I did it!

    Loved the beach today, we went down hill once, up hill twice (cash in the meter). Took the pups for an hour walk at sunset, so nice today!
