ran a fairly easy 11:30 pace. Decided to do 10 again this week. No real need for more. Trying hard to keep running despite the back issues. My right side still bothersome but staying off the hills and running slower makes running possible.


Way to stick it out despite the pain.

My back is what it is. Just pray I don't end up like I did late September. Trying hard to not push too hard. Running slower and doing less.
