Nice run. The hills felt good. Very warm and humid but won't complain. I could have run more but keeping this week easy. Not sure why but my quads are sore. Maybe my 10 miler Saturday took more out of me then I realized. No other reason I can see. I do ball/wall squats 6 days a week so my quads get some other work besides the running and hills I do.


Did you hit some extra hills on Saturday? Might be a lingering effect. Nice 5+!
