Nice! Did you split the 5 miles between the road and trail for a little variety?

he people I ran with only did 3 miles. many did a marathon over the weekend and I only did a half. Since Wednesday night is club track night I went over there to do the rest. It was flat and I could push a bit harder. I also didn't want to run alone in the dark.
