ran with a few friends. kept it very slow. I felt fine. I could have run further. I will be doing a half in two weeks but not racing it and know I can run 13. I have no speed in my legs but I am happy if I can run.


forgot to add, it was a beautiful day for running.

Great job... It's not about speed, its about doing it the best you can! Be proud of yourself. I'm like a turtle, but I certainly finish every race! :-)
