  1. RUN
Needwood with MCRRC Speed Dev... 14 mi

Felt good. Finished strong. Lots of hills including the one at the end. 14 will probably be my longest run for a long time since I am not marathon training in 2012.

  2. RUN
    Rockville loop 6.25 mi

did a bit over a mile warm up and then 5.15 with club members. I am feeling stronger and the slightly faster pace not an issue. Finished with 4 strides.

Great job, Debbie! Red people ran 5 miles today, but I feel I need to increase more mileages because my next half marathon is on 3/16. I cannot get closer to it before the race day if I only follow Red schedule. Can I join your group next week?
