    Nice run. Sunny day. First time that I can remember where I did negative splits the entire run: 10:14, 9:29, 9:27 and that last .10 mile I ran at 7:49 pace! Feeling good!

      What is hurting with your knee? Send me a note and I can maybe help you figure out what's going on. I caution you to take it easy though until you find out.
