Been traveling so I haven't run in four days. I expected to do better on fresh legs. But what's interesting is that I'm getting a decent second wind -- I can run 1.5 miles, walk three laps, then run another half mile, then walk two more laps and run another quarter mile. Hope that means I'm getting better.
