Saw some great sights along the way --old lady chilling on porch swing with handsome grey cat, a million goldies, guy on bike with sourest look on his face ever, an oversized pomeranian barking at nothing. Felt awesome to get out for a long one, it has been a while.

Consistently getting a weird thing in my right foot around the 4 mile mark, maybe friction maybe just muscle fatigue from landing on the forefoot. Will have to try some strength exercises or something.
