    i am very happy today lost 2 lbs and that is huge due to no cardio because of the ankle and boot thing , only doing abs and arms for the most part! so felt great today!!!

    so sad to hear what happen at boston, people are so crazy!!! just to think about people just running and watching people run end up hurt or dead! i am very very sad and my prayers are with them!!

    MRI results are in and got some bad news about my ankle, split tendon no running, no biking, will have to wear a boot and if it does not heal may need some surgery later, so pray it will heal. the ... read more

    good at the villages 30 mi 01:58 15.3mph pace

    well they said it was 30 miles but iam not so sure with that speed , but there some hills so who knows! had a blast with my sisters on this ride and so pretty out there!
