      THIS is every runners worse fear. One that makes me hit the treadmill most of the winter. I am sad for you. I know you will recover quickly because you have that strength and drive in you!! You won't let this get you down.

      I know it's hard to not be able to run. I had a stress fracture once training for my first marathan and had to take 6 months off. I was so frustrated to get back. I did get back and ran 4 marathons since. train your upper body, swim, bike(if you can) and relax your mind. time will pass....

      I was just there today as well. A few parts of it are very scenic like at the top of the hill near Blatnick Park and a mile or two east of the train station the Mohawk has some really nice views as well.

    My first cold morning run...exhilarating...better than the rain...much better than the treadmill.
