      Elle I'll look into these. June 25th is the chicago womens half marathon. I hope the lake will be warm up soon enough for open water swim.

      yeah, you're back. Try looking into glucosamine and flax seed too, those also help lubricate the joints!

    Knees hurt a bit after but they're fine now. Otherwise great run. Tomorrow is my son's big 6th birthday party. I will probably need a good run after all the cake and piƱata candy ;)

    My goal for this year: consistency. I am always impressed and motivated by friends on DM who remain consistent in their workouts. so awesome and motivating! :)))
