    Was supposed to do 15. Knee started hurting. Only hurts when I start running after walking. Didn't use a full on brace, only a sleeve. Had it tapped from massage on Friday.

    Had needling done at PT and wore Cho-Pat knee brace. Felt better.

    Started out with my knee tapped. Knee started hurting around mile 3. Moved to Patella brace. Around mile 11, moved over to Cho-Pat brace.

    Slow and steady on the Santa Fe. Ran almost all of it. No HRM. Wore Stinson Evos. Tired from power washing fence on Friday.

    Coming back from bronchitis. Training with heart rate monitor. Had to take walk breaks to keep rate within range.

    No bandages. Initially it was hard to maintain a slow pace. Feet felt great. Think the orthotics are working.

    I was totally on a 12:20 m/m for the first 14, but then I had to do a second loop and that 2nd uphill kicked my butt! Tape left additional blister, but not as bad as last week.
