Went out with a headwind----Hills that normally let me fly down at 56km/hr made me pedal hard to reach 32k! Good leg work.

@Chio....what made it fun was the 3 others I got to do this with. And laugh at myself (or try) when they could run the sets faster than I- backwards!:0
