    biking is like 3x faster. was getting dark, followed the power lines home.

    Did a bunch of housework, then had a 1 hour freeforall at the gym. 15 min HIIT, 45 min chest back shoulders.

    After a solid 5 gym visits this week, I wasn't too hyped about a 6th. Lori wasn't either, for her own reasons. She suggested a walk, and that sounded like a nice compromise and way to not do nothing.
