    Left calve and right hamstring are so tight I decided to stop after a few km instead of chancing an injury. Just exercising a bit much after a couple of months of not moving!

    Felt fresh enough to go for another run. Don't believe the time, Run Meters stop detection seems to have messed up - should be about 2 minutes slower.

    First run in about 6 weeks (or much longer since I ran with the intention of actually recording it). Went okay considering. Did it in a new pair of NB minimal road shoes.

      They were good - very minimalist though ... won't be my full time shoe, just one I wear once a week or so ... assuming I keep running haha.
