    Run Leg. BONKED!! Wanted to do 6.2 to finish out the Olympic Distance trial, didn't make it. Stopped running instead of walking the last 2.5 miles. Rough.

    Bike Leg - Way too hilly of a course for practice. Not very practical and very tiring. About ten minutes longer than my goal time.
