    Didn't want to go, but dragged myself there. Leg day, just did back squats, worked up to some heavy singles at 365 and then slow/controlled 5x5 at 245.

    It has been quite awhile since going for a 1 rep max on back squat. 365 went up pretty easily, and then ended things with a successful lift at 385, albeit pretty slowly. In pursuit of 400.
