    nice easy 10 mile run before work exploring some of the trails on the otherside of the a1, 3 miles of roads followed by 6 or trail and ending with a mile back on roads along the river.

    Left it a bit late to go out, so ended up doing a fastish lap of the 5k circuit on the town moor then a slightly slower cool down lap in the opposite direction.
