After a long client meeting with Jeremy, he headed for his P90x workout and I hit the trail on an unbelievable 58 degree F Feb 1st in Northern Virginia. Tried to purposely keep my pace in check and was forced into it, as I was feeling very "blah". Afterwards, I felt very dehydrated and I think I may have encountered some food poisoning from lunch. Not a good combination for running. Nonetheless, I logged nearly 8 miles and they're officially logged.
