Sunday evening pre-dinner 10K training run

After rising early for Mass, shopping & eating the rest of the day, I was ready for a late Sunday afternoon nap. Opted instead to take advantage of clear, sunny, and 46 degree F temp for a pre-dinner run to burn off some carbs. Pushed through to 10K distance after covering three (3) hill segments.


Solid run! Race season isn't far off. Keep it up!
