    After 4 days in the mountains for work, felt good to be home running along the last miles of next week's LA Marathon course. Perfect weather for a fast flat run.

    Second run in the mountains during a marathon week meeting. Nothing to be proud of time wise, but great to get my legs stretched and my lungs clear before a really long 15 hour day at work.

    Very challenging hill course - felt like it was all uphill - 3,143 worth of uphill! Can't imagine doing this with Xterra as a race.
