2 mile warm up, then plyos and lunges. 8 times around Bronco stadium doing the Indian ladder or leap frog (that's probably more politically correct). Then 1 more time for a cool down.

Nice run this morning up in Boulder along the Boulder Creek. Felt pretty good and the best part was sitting in the freezing cold water of Boulder Creek afterward.

The first 7 miles were at 1 hour 7 minutes. The last 7 were at 59 minutes. Sweet!

Ahhh, there's your time :). I ran it last year with a dead Garmin so I went totally by feel and effort and I PR'd on that year too (1:44). I had a hard time watching the runners on Sat and not able to run but that's how it goes. Anyway, congratulations - awesome time!!!! YAY!!!!!!
