    good AM Run #1 - Boardwalk with Sarah 12 km 01:03 08:26 pace

    Sarah wasn't feeling great. Tried to push the pace but she wasn't biting. Finished with 1km on my own and then 6 x 100m strides.

    Tonight, plans are for 13 Tempo after work

    Beautiful morning for a run. Almost bailed after a late night and a few hits of the snooze button.

    Small turnout in the rain this week. Ran with a slower group as all of the usual suspects were no shows. Dragged a few along with me, ended up slower than I wanted to go but was nice to have company.
