5:00am, that is. Ran with Reed and Rob R. this morning for a bit. It feels good to get out and run in the early again. The last few weeks I've just been too busy to get it done. Or at least that's what I tell myself.

    I don't know HOW you do 5 am... My body doesn't function... I'm awake, but, I couldn't run for 2 hours after waking... GREAT GREAT job!!
