Got out on the roads tonight after work for a quick spin around the hood. Got about 8-10 minutes into the run before feeling it in my ankles. Most of me survived the Survivor run!

Ankles feeling a little better today, so I took it to the treadmill this morning. It was OK; no pain! Stretched a little afterwards.

Yeah. Got up early and hit the gym. 15' elevation on the TM, 6:00 intervals broken up by work on the abs w/no rest in between.

The GWT was snowy today - tougher to navigate than I thought it would be! I feel like I ran 12 miles. But I didn't.
