    Got out with Reed... and my neighbor's 14-year old son, who got in 4+ miles with us! Nice easy run - a lot of fun.

    Benching of all varieties in the middle of our run - including incline and decline. Low weights, high reps. Turned those tris into jelly!

    Got out on the roads tonight after work for a quick spin around the hood. Got about 8-10 minutes into the run before feeling it in my ankles. Most of me survived the Survivor run!

    Ankles feeling a little better today, so I took it to the treadmill this morning. It was OK; no pain! Stretched a little afterwards.

    Beautiful weather and a lot of snow. I definitely lacked the proper footwear for this one. Ran with Jay , and saw Sarah G. and some guy named Kung Fu P. at the finish line.

    The GWT was snowy today - tougher to navigate than I thought it would be! I feel like I ran 12 miles. But I didn't.
