    Second Masters class this week. Told by coach my pace has increased over the last two weeks of swimming. Hard to get this big body to move faster.Weight loss will add speed.

    Masters class did as much of the work out as I could because I leave earlier than the end of class. Feels different to swim when being pushed with an organized workout.
