    Very crowded pool. Did a bunch of random distances with no set plan.

    Had a good swim. warm up for 12 minutes then did 4-200's and 6-150's. Cramps started in left leg and then had one the right leg so I stopped for the day.

    Swim went great. Felt good for most of the workout. was trying to do 2 mile but was interupted. Did 500,100,400,100,300,100,200,100,100,100,225 and then crash!

    Warm up ride for next weekends lighthouse ride. Went out very strong but felt tired at the end. Struggled too much. Need to be more consistant wioth my rides.
