despite a shaky start to the morning I was in a great mood, in particular I really fancied going out for a run. better still, I found my thought-lost running hoodie. ran my new 5km circular Tolworth and back route. now I'm back I feel miserable as sin. don't know why. yet again I wonder where all these fucking endorphins are meant to be.
