    Fell once on the trail on the very first loop but not hurt to bad. Nice to have the trees for shade but it was really humid then it rained hard on my last loop so I turned back to the start.

      Nice run on a hot day....I once ran from my hotel on Sooner to the park and back. I was amazed when I looked at my pace through the 'scary parts' lol!

      Great job girl. It was good to see you!! I didn't even notice the naked feet, as I was wiping sweat outta my eyes, LOL!! Very impressive pace barefoot too!! We need to meet up there sometimes in the Early am and run before work.
