      lol Mark I was scared to death, but what helped was I didn't look down at all. Just looked up, and eventually got to the top of a couple walls.

    and ended it with incline sprints and a walk. Ready to hit the miles hard this week!

      You should! I only use a medicine ball, and I get muscle failure In my arms and legs almost everytime! Look up some workouts online
