      i will one of these days, muff. right now i'm really enjoying that i have friends accompany me while i run. with them being extra talkative, i have less time to think about my body complaining, and more time thinking about how fun the next run will be. :)

  11. Been ill the past couple of days. The weather is such a buzzkill. Tomorrow I pray I can swap an extra hour in bed for a breezy run at the Oval.

    I had to try and pace a little faster this time, and now I seem to have learned how to gauge my time by landmarks along the route. Shaved about 4 minutes off from my previous time.
