    A nice run, ran second half faster. Working on motor patterns and neural firing. Concentrating on every single step is not particularly enjoyable.

    Wore Bare Access 2 with extra insole (Topo) for some "support". After taking a few days off the (PF?) pain is localized on right foot under the heel and slightly towards the outside.
