      It took me almost a month to feel "normal" again after Beast of Burden. Everything felt really bad--not regular post-event muscle soreness bad--but my sleep patterns, metabolism, etc were really, really off. It was nothing like my Mind the Ducks recovery which was just some aches and pains.
